1. Go to mississippi Department of Employment Security website: www.mdes.ms.gov.
2. Go to Online Services; then click on Job Opportunities.
3. Click on Company Name
4. Login Screen: Click on New User Sign Up.
5. Applicant Sing Up Screen: Follow instructions for creating User ID and Password then complete ALL required information then click SAVE.
6. Login Screen: Enter User ID and Password.
7. Mississippi Online Job Opportunities Screen: Click on Search For Available Jobs.
8. Search for abailable jobs screen: Select Employer then click Search.
9. Select ALL Job Titles you wish to apply for then click View Job Requirements to see if you possess the required skill set. Aplly for job.
10. Create/Complete Resume Screen: Read instructions then click Next.
11. Applicant Contact Information Screen: Complete ALL required information then click next.
12. Online Resume Screen: Complete ALL required information then click next.
13. Veteran Data Screen: Complete applicable information then click next.
14. Educational Background, Work History, and Certifications/Licenses Screen: Complete each applicable section then click SAVE.
15. Resume Completion Screen: Click NEXT.
16. Job Application Screen: Complete All required information click on ALL applicable SKILLS then click NEXT.
17. Click on Certify/Submit Application.

4. Then look through the job category's and choose one that best suits your experience and preference.
5. Then choose a college major from the choices. If you did not take any of the college choices then just click search jobs.
